Terms of service

QR-Universe lets you create categories and products, design QR codes, and publish a public catalog. Guests scan the code and open the catalog in a mobile browser — no app install.

We may improve features. Plan limits are shown in the product. We will give reasonable notice of material reductions.

Provide accurate details and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your login.

The workspace belongs to the company you register. You may delete it at any time from Settings; deletion is permanent.

You own the photos, text, prices and QR artwork you upload. You grant us a licence to host and display that content solely to operate your catalog and QR codes.

You confirm you have the rights to that content and that it is not illegal or infringing.

Do not probe or overload the service, impersonate others, or use catalogs to sell goods in a way that breaks applicable law.

We may suspend a workspace that violates these terms, after notice where reasonably possible.

Free, Pro and Enterprise describe current entitlements. Paid plans are arranged with us directly — there is no card checkout on the site.

The service is provided as-is. We aim for high availability but do not warrant uninterrupted QR scans. To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for lost profits or issues on the guest’s device.

Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You must be 18 or older to create an account. Catalogs are for lawful business only. You must not upload, sell, advertise or otherwise publish: adult or pornographic material; any sexual content involving minors (strictly forbidden and will be reported); illegal drugs or related offers that break the law; weapons, explosives or instructions to make them; stolen, counterfeit or smuggled goods; fraud, phishing or money-laundering schemes; hate, threats, harassment or doxxing; malware or attacks on the service; copyright-infringing copies you do not have rights to; or any other content that is illegal where you or your customers are located.

If you break these rules we may, without prior notice where the risk is serious, suspend or permanently close the workspace, delete the catalog, block the IP address or other access identifiers we see, and refuse future sign-ups. We may report illegal activity to competent authorities. We are not obliged to review every catalog, but we may remove content when we become aware of a violation.

Guests may report a catalog they believe breaks these rules. We may keep a record of the report (reason, optional details and a hashed network identifier) to investigate and, where needed, block access.

You are solely responsible for everything you publish and for your dealings with customers. QR-Universe does not verify products, does not take title to goods, and is not liable for your content, illegal use of the service, or any loss, claim or penalty arising from what you publish. If a third party brings a claim because of your catalog, you will indemnify us to the extent permitted by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Disputes will first be addressed in good faith via +90 541 323 00 02.
